Counterscarp provides smart contract security scanning tools, reports, and related account/licensing services.

2) Accounts and payments

Paid plans and scan packs are billed through Stripe. You are responsible for accurate billing information and authorized use of your account.

3) Refunds

Refund terms are described in our Refund Policy. By purchasing, you agree to that policy.

4) Acceptable use

You agree not to abuse the service, interfere with operations, attempt unauthorized access, or violate applicable law.

5) Intellectual property

Open-source components remain under their stated licenses. Service branding and proprietary components remain owned by their respective owners.

6) Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to amounts paid for the service in the period preceding the claim.

7) Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
